What is retail inventory software?
Software that tracks stock by SKU and variant across every store, so you know what is sellable where. For retail the variant matrix — size by colour by store — is usually what breaks generic tools.
Does it handle size and colour variants?
Yes. Variants are modelled as your data already models them, so a style with twelve size-colour combinations stays one product with twelve sellable lines rather than twelve unrelated SKUs.
Can it read from our POS?
