Is the Community Plan really free?
When you sign up to Jet and choose the 'Community' plan, you get to use Jet for up to 1 user without paying a cent, no credit card is required. Once you've reached this limitations, you'll have to upgrade to our Business plan which is aimed at fast growing companies whose level of operations is getting higher and which require advanced features to help them structure their processes. You can upgrade to a paid plan at any point, or contact us to get a custom-made proposition.
What happens when I upgrade to the Business Plan?
You will have access to all the features included in the Business plan. We'll ask you for a payment solution and billing information and we'll bill you based on the number of users. You are free to leave at any time. No questions asked.
How long are your contracts?
Your contract length is therefore bound to one month and it is automatically renewed unless you cancel your subscription.
Can I change plans?
You can stop or make changes to your subscription at any time. Please note that if you cancel or downgrade your subscription during a billing cycle (a month or a year depending on your selection), we will not refund that billing cycle. Feel free to contact us for any details.
Can I cancel a Paid Plan?
You are free to cancel your subscription at any time. You will be charged for your current billing cycle (one month or one year depending on your selection) but you will not be charged for your next billing cycle.
