What is warehouse inventory software?

How is this different from a full WMS?
A WMS arrives with its own slotting logic, labour model and receiving workflow, and asks your operation to adopt them. Jet Admin builds on the stock and location tables you already have, so the app matches how your warehouse is actually laid out rather than how a vendor imagined it.
Can it handle multiple warehouses and bin locations?
Yes, and the location hierarchy is yours — site, zone, aisle, rack, bin, or whatever depth you actually use. Permissions scope by site, so a supervisor sees their building and the network planner sees all of them.
Will it work on a handheld in the aisle?
Yes. The interface works on a phone or rugged handheld, showing the three fields a picker needs rather than the forty in the table. Scanner input goes into the same form a keyboard would.
Can we run cycle counts instead of shutting down for a stocktake?
