Starter supplies the base app-building offer with unlimited apps and connectors. The extra 30 people do not create 30 new seat charges under this offer. Higher measured activity adds $20 in the second example. If the requirement changes to SAML SSO, Starter stops being the appropriate plan regardless of these task totals. For a full year with 10,000 extra tasks purchased every month, the arithmetic at the published top-up price is $1,200 + (12 × $20) = $1,440, or $120 per month equivalent. This is an annual-base-plus-recurring-usage illustration, not a claim that DronaHQ issues a single $1,440 invoice. Confirm top-up expiration and billing terms before committing.
Other costs and pricing ambiguities
DronaHQ offers Cloud and Self host choices, plus separate agent-platform pricing. Keep those scopes apart. Self-hosting adds infrastructure and operational work even when a software price is available. Storage, database services, and implementation may need separate quotes.
